The remuneration for our legal services is determined by price package, with the final sum agreed upon in advance.
We use this option for compre- hensive projects and standard processes, e.g. establishing a company or preparing gener- al contractual conditions.
This option is used for disputable agenda and for matters where we cannot properly estimate how much time will be spent dealing with them or where we cannot properly assess the extent of them ahead of time.
Our starting rate is 3,000 CZK for 1 hour of legal services.
